MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1899 is a low noise 300mA LDO based on a bipolar process. The new noise reduction circuit makes it ideal for power supplies for high-sensitivity CMOS image sensor. The package line-up includes the standard SOT-25 and the small SSON-6A.
